Your ticket includes a spot for your tent at the campground. Below are all the options for your stay.

With your own tent

Upon arrival, you can pick a nice spot for your tent. Please bring a size tent no larger than really needed so that we have enough room for everyone!

Wild camping in nature

Estate Energy Up has some spots available where you can wildcamp! These spots are about a 5-minute walk from the festival site, at a quiet spot in nature, near the beach and water. Ideal if you like more adventure or if you like some extra space and quiet.

Important: only 1 tent can be set up per site, with a maximum of 4 or 5 campers. RVs or cars are not allowed in this area. The nearest restrooms are a 500-meter walk away.

With an RV or caravan

Are you bringing your cottage on wheels? Then you need a camper ticket for this. Tip: book it immediately when you buy your festival ticket, because due to space we offer a limited number of camper tickets.

Book a luxury Glamping tent

Don’t feel like lugging camping gear around and having to set up your own tent, or just need a little more luxury? Then book a Glamping tent with your ticket!

These tents are all Bohemian style, with private sitting areas and unique decorations. These pre-arranged tents are ready for you when you arrive on location. You don’t need to bring anything else: mattresses, blankets, pillows and bedding are all included.

The glamping tents can be booked through our ticket shop – based on availability. Prices vary depending on the number of people, with a maximum of 6 per tent.

Don’t have anyone to share a tent with? We also offer the option of booking a spot in a shared tent where men and women are assigned separately.

Accommodations at Estate Energy Up

There are still some accommodation options from estate Energy Up that we make available when not used for the festival. Find more information and availability in our ticket shop!

Your questions answered

If we have to cancel an event, you will receive a 100% refund.

If a 95% refund better suits your situation, your 5% donation will be used to support the cost of the event.

You can only buy an early-bird ticket if it is available in the webshop!

Tickets sell out quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible.

You can resell your ticket to someone else if you can’t come to the festival. In that case, please let us know via email with the name of the new person who will attend the event(connect@chocolateclub.world).

We do not refund or exchange tickets.

All tickets include the festival, activities, lodging and meals.

Your ticket includes six days/five nights at the festival, including meals prepared by Chef Conan (and the kitchen team) and a spot in the camping areas (for a tent). Booking a room at the castle is an additional cost.

We organize three healthy and nutritious meals a day for you. We also offer organic and vegetarian meals. Our chef buys all organic food from local farmers.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style. On Tuesday, the arrival day, we begin with dinner. On Sunday, the departure day, we conclude our gathering with a ceremony and lunch. On all the days in between, we serve three meals.

You can also buy healthy snacks and drinks from our own bar open during the festival. We accept both cash and debit card payments.

Beverages: try our signature Chocolate Elixir! Order freshly squeezed vegetable/fruit juices. Or enjoy a barista coffee.

Snacks: Don’t miss Yvette’s famous raw pies!

We offer organic and authentic products in our marketplace during the festival. In addition, you can enjoy our massage area. Massages are paid in cash only.
